At Jokers Costume Mega Store, we want you to be thrilled with your transformation, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all accessories and tags are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Costume

  Place the unworn costume and all included accessories back into its original retail packaging to ensure it remains in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely package the item in a shipping box and attach the provided return label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
